After some research it seemed the QR idea would be a good solution. So the next stop was VISTAPRINT and one of their affiliate brands; Promotique. Designed and ordered, the T - Shirt in the picture was finally delivered.

By local business and jobseekers working together you can become each others solution.
Businesses benefit by having easy access to the CV's of the local workforce and an advertising platform.
The workforce have access to the advertising of local business and are able to tap into the local Job Market all through "Wearing" & "Displaying" QR Codes.
The jobseekers are "WEARING" their QR codes, this takes a scanner to the the Website where the JOBSEEKERS profile will be reflected, also visible is the BUSINESS ADVERTISING PLATFORM where information about specials and promotions will be available.
THE BUSINESSES are displaying a QR code IN - STORE, that takes a patron to the site where they will find the business adverts and promotions. This will expose the profiles of the jobseekers.
